last 2 days super free n bored @ work...no instructions frm my client.... -__-

yest n today gt 2 things to update..k..lets start with yest first........................

1st YESTERDAY 16.10.08
as most of u noe tt i actually applied for SIM-RMIT full time in biz management, so r some of my colleagues..didn expect one of them to tell my boss be4 i actually confirm anything on whether e application is successful or not!!! WTF la!!! firstly she is pregnant..then she tell me tt she told him abt her case at e same time she "shun bian" inform him abt mine so tt he will have enough "time" to find "replacements"!!! is like so big mouth for wat!!! i haven even confirm whether am being accepted or not..but e main thing is this is my prob!! wat for u be so kpo n tell him for?? wat u trying to prove?? let him noe tt u will be away for 4 mths onli n later after tt u will sure come back to e same company izzit?? n for me i already had e intention of gng back to my studies so if there is any retrenchment or wat u wont b e first to get retrench rgt?? wat a "wonderful" plan of urs..!! cuz yest boss ask me into his room n he told me "siew ting i heard from one of ur colleague tt ur intending to further ur studies izzit?" i was so stun n shock n thinking who e hell told him abt it..so i bo bian juz tell him tt i juz applied for it n will onli noe in end nov whether am accepted or not..then he say cuz tts e case he will need to find replacement n try to let him noe asap...................this teaches me n oso everyone of my frens out there..NV EVER TRUST UR COLLEAGUES EVEN HOW NICE OR BAD THEY ARE TO YOU!!! CUZ U NV NOE WAT THEY MIGHT DO BEHIND UR BACK!!! n oso dun tell anyone of ur intentions of further studies, getting married, pregnant or wat so ever!!!! REMEMBER!!!!

today my buliding having fire drill..then guess wat!!! we actually climbed 47 storey down from my office!!! after tt climb down...both legs gone jelly n shivering la!!!

9 Easy Slim Down Tips
1. Get A Good Sleep -
When you have a good night sleep, your body produces a powerful hormone called Leptin. Leptin helps promote weight loss in two ways: It discourages you from eating by signalling to your brain saying that your stomach feel full, and it rouses you to expend energy.


2. Don't Listen To Fast Music While Eating - The speedier the tune, the faster (and the more) you'll tend to eat. Eating faster may lead you to consume large chunk of food without chewing it properly and may lead to bad digestions. So before any meal, either switch off your stereo or put on a slow, soothing album.

3. Never Skip A Meal - Skipping a meal, say its breakfast, lunch or dinner wont make you lose few pounds but you may increase a few. You'll tend to eat whatever you can get on at the following meal. Try to maintain 3 meals per day or have 6 light meals plan per day.

4. Start Walking !!! - Dont drive to go to a 5 minute away grocery store, start climbing up and down those stairs when you are at the shopping malls, do some speed walk if you are going to your neighbor houses, classes, walk the dog, or shopping.

5. Go Under The Sun Sometimes - Your body needs sunlight to produce a very essential feel-good hormone called serotonin, which may help lessen your cravings for sugar and other carbohydrates.

6. Remove All Cookies, Candies From Your Sight - If you keep fatty foods, candy, out of sight, it'll be much easier to keep them out of mind. Store it somewhere less reachable where your hand cannot get to the jars easily. The more easier access to it, the more you consume calories without even realizing it.

7. Eat Slowly - It takes around 20 minutes for your stomach to send signals to the brain that it's full. So when you eat too quickly, your body doesn't have time to recognize that it's fulled. As a result, you consume a lot more and bloated at the end. Try to chew for at least 20-30 seconds for a single bite.

8. Turn On The lights - The brighter your dining area, the less food you'll likely to eat. If your light is dimmed, the more you'll eat because you will feel more relaxed and less self-conscious. So consider adjusting the lighting in places where you eat most often.

9. Control Your Anger - If you don't keep anger under control, it can make you fat. Anger can increase the levels of cortisol (a stress hormone) in your body, and that increase can cause you to eat more and gain weight.
